Early intervention

We know that dealing with injuries is often very difficult for employees. They face new challenges and, in some cases, prolonged pain or discomfort. By engaging your people early on and empowering them to take an active role in their health, employers play a critical role in a faster and effective recovery.

We support your employees on a pathway to full health and a safe return to their job. Because every person has unique challenges, we offer tailored assessments of employees and their worksite as well as personal onsite treatment.

Individual Discomfort and Pain Assessments

Recognise and evaluate the severity of pain, the root cause of the pain and the unique needs of employees to alleviate and heal the pain.

 Worksite assessments

Evaluate and eliminate potential hazards or barriers to an injured employee’s return to work.

 Onsite physiotherapy

Schedule regular visits by experienced physiotherapist as necessary to provide hands-on services including TKTKTK.

Rehabilitation

Injuries such as strained tendons, muscular damage or fractures all require personalised rehabilitation solutions. Some employees will be able to return to their jobs relatively quickly with simple stretching exercises whilst others will need more assistance and face longer recovery times.

Whatever is necessary, high-quality rehabilitation plans have been shown to have huge benefits for both the employee and employer. We will collaborate with you to develop an in-depth programme tailored to optimise your employee’s recovery.

Return to work management following injury or illness

Reintegrate your employee on a schedule that is effective, comfortable for them and mitigates the risk of further injury.

Functional rehabilitation programmes

Develop a comprehensive plan that aims to return your employee to full resumption of their work role, when possible.

Functional fitness for work testing

Test employee’s capacity to undertake physical demands associated with their job, decreasing chances of workplace re-injury.
